Richard F. Liotta, Ph.D. is a Licensed Psychologist. Rosemary Lake-Liotta, L.C.S.W. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Dr. Liotta has been practicing for over 20 years as a psychotherapist and conducting various types of psychological evaluations. Rosemary Lake-Liotta has over 10 years experience as a psychotherapist and counselor. Her compassionate and practical approach has helped many individuals and families.
We utilize solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, neuro-linguistic interventions, hypnotherapy, and other strategies to help positive change happen. Our skill sets can often facilitate rapid change. It is our belief that people have the capacity to change their thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Our role is to help you discover your strengths, change limiting thoughts, find solutions, and feel better. We are trained in state-of-the-art brief treatment techniques, personal resource enrichment, change methodologies, and communication strategies. These skills are broadly applicable to psychotherapeutic change, personal growth, relationship enhancement, and in just living effectively.
Both of us are accepting new clients for individual, couples, and family therapy. Help is available for anxiety, depression, marital issues, behavioral addictions, self-control issues, stress management and other concerns.
Rosemary’s areas of specialization also include, working with children and adolescents, grief counseling, and pain management. She also facilitates Heart Strings groups; small support, educational and personal growth groups for women. Rosemary Lake-Liotta does not take insurance and provides counseling services are private pay, with sliding scale fee rate available.
Dr. Liotta, in addition to psychotherapy and consultations, performs psychological evaluations, forensic evaluations, and psychological testing. Dr. Liotta accepts most insurances for most psychotherapeutic services. Testing and consultation (non-psychotherapy consultations) are fee for service.
